Our smallholding represents our journey towards self-sufficiency. At present, we have goats, chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, guinea fowl, and pigs. We cultivate as much of our own food as we can. Gather flowers from the hedgerows to brew our homemade elderflower wine. The most rewarding part is when everything on the plate has been produced right here at Lakemoor.
